| SHAMLICHT KIDS CLUB REPORTS |
Below is a report on the activities of a Shamlicht Kids Club nest. A nest is its
smallest group, usually with five to 10 members. Some of these reports were made
before the end of the year, so may be incomplete.
Wildwood Beaver's Nest
We survived our first year and had a great second.
All of our members and leaders are residents or at least frequent visitors to the
same commune, so we have a strong connection. Nestlers Ms. M.C. and Reverend
Loveshade live here as do Red Nosey and Puffletoes Twinkleton; Nestlings Dr.
Emma (who is now the new Untroubled Teen) legally lives elsewhere but gets her
schooling here and lives here during summers, and our newest member Milkey
Man schools here as well.
Last year's project was finishing a barn where we planned to put a clubhouse. The
barn is done but the clubhouse got postponed; hope to get it done next year.
We did an Erister Egg Hide, hiding Shamlicht-appropriate items and memes in
plastic eggs to be found at an Easter Egg Hunt. We had some fun on Mischief
Night, but also helped get food to hungry children. Other events included a swim
party, a pony ride (where Revy Love demonstrated the fine art of falling), and the
Mud Beauty Bath.
