SHAMLICHT KIDS CLUB REPORTS
|
Below is a report on the activities of a Shamlicht Kids Club nest. A nest is its
smallest group, usually with five to 10 members. Some of these reports were made
before the end of the year, so may be incomplete.
Juju Rat's Nest
G'Day!
We are Juju Rat's Nest and this year was our first full year! We're located in
Jackfruit Tree in ManGrove in Forest Australia.
We had some Discordian fun this year, and hopefully did some good. We played
games, a lot of games, including Toss the Thong, Calvinball, Sink, and even a
Cockie Race. No, not cockatoos, cockroaches. Hiss! We had bike rides and a
water fight. We sang the Shamlicht Kids Club Song and did the Bodyshake at
every meeting. We hope to do all the activities listed in the song, although riding
ponies through the mall might prove a bit difficult to set up.
We also made and sold items to raise funds for charity. We were excited to see the
Discordian book Chasing Eris released, and read a few selected club-appropriate
portions were read at meeting. We created and gave out merit badges, but as
other clubs don't seem to list winners here, we won't but they were great.
Very exciting was helping just a little with Kitty is Not a Cat!
Here are our nestlings: Blue Donkey, Honey Bunny, Brother Slimeball (formerly
Super Turtle), and Sonic the Frog, and new nestlings for this year Princess
Lollipop and Kitty Dingo.
