| SHAMLICHT KIDS CLUB REPORTS |
| 2018 |
Below is a report on the activities of a Shamlicht Kids Club nest. A nest is its
smallest group, usually with five to 10 members. Some of these reports were made
before the end of the year, so may be incomplete.
Wildwood Beaver's Nest
We had a happy year seven!
For this year we challenged the SKC nests to try to do as many things in the
Shamlicht Kids Club Song as they could. Of course we had to try ourselves, and
got all but one--riding ponies through a mall. So we put that out as a challenge to
all nests for next year. (At least the song doesn't say "Riding ponies through
Buckingham Palace"!)
Our resident nestlers are the founders Reverend Loveshade and Ms. MC. Dr.
Emma aka Untroubled Teen, our midwife-in-training, has decided to become a
physician-in-training so has gone away to study and is very much missed. Our
members are Puffletoes Twinkleton, Princess Pineapple Fnordia, Toot Fish,
Lemon Peeper, Dizzy Limbo, Deluxe PopStar, and new member Wonder Kitty (who
has trouble saying the "official" "Wunderkätzchen".)
Of course we had our annual Erister Egg Hide (for those doing an Easter Egg
Hunt). Once again we helped give food and clothing to people in need, and did
some not-too-naughty mischief on Mischief Night--and got caught cherry knocking.
We also had a May Day festival and celebrated Backwards Day and Spanking Fest.
We were excited to see Brenton Clutterbuck's Chasing Eris finally published,
especially as it spreads the "I Am Reverend Loveshade" meme in print!
